THE JUDGES: Real-life beauty queens, including: Andrea Preuss, Mrs. America 2006; Bonnie Carmalt, Miss City of Orange 2006 (Miss America system); Laura Mathison, Mrs. Long Beach Int'l 2006; Cesie Alvarez, Miss Teen Long Beach 2006; Miss Greater Long Beach 2006; Marissa Snead, Miss Greater Long Beach 2006 (Miss America system); and Ralph Millero (who once dated a Miss America). This 2nd Annual Bulldog Beauty Contest was hosted in conjunction with a vendor & pet adoption fair by Belmont Shore resident Justin Rudd & his 8 1/2 year-old bulldog Rosie; and was presented by his Haute Dogs organization.
